And may have posse...Bush may have been very smart. And may have possessed a real facility for book learning.<br /><br />But that doesn't mean he had wisdom. I think he had that rare ability to think fast on his feet, and thus arrive at conclusions that... most anyone else with no wisdom would have arrived at, but on a slower intellectual bus perhaps.<br /><br />The world is run by the smartest people in the world - but what does that mean?
